Acquired in 2022, Philomena is an approximately 32.57-acre development site located inside of the rapidly growing Austin-San Antonio Corridor along Interstate 35 (IH-35) in Kyle, Texas. Positioned about 750 feet from IH-35 and across the highway from quickly growing FM 1626 corridor, connecting Kyle to Buda, and up north into the Austin MSA.
